Anne M. (D'Amadio) Faunce

Anne M. (D'Amadio) Faunce passed away peacefully at the age of 92 on November 9, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She had a long and good life surrounded by family and friends. A lifelong resident of Stoughton, she was a graduate of Stoughton High, Class of 1943. Known as "Annie", only by her classmates, she loved attending her class reunions and catching up with old friends. She was very happy she was able to attend the 70th class reunion 4 years ago. As a young woman, she worked at Shawmut Woolen Mills in Stoughton, where she met her husband Frank 70 years ago. She also worked at Twin Kee Rainwear in Stoughton for over 20 years. She lived nearby and when she was late, her excuse was "traffic was terrible."

Her family was her life. She loved family get togethers and cooking for large crowds, especially on holidays. She was an avid Red Sox and Bruins Fan and loved watching the World Series and Stanley Cup wins. She liked the Patriots Super Bowl wins too. She loved her golf vacations to New Hampshire every year. An avid gardener, she loved her flower garden, mimosa trees and bird watching.

Anne was the loving wife of the late Frank E. Faunce, Jr. and the beloved mother of Barbara Marley and her late husband Robert R. Marley, Jr. of Stoughton and the late Robert J. Faunce. She was the grandmother of Eric Marley, Katie Esposito, Robert J. Faunce, Jr., Roy Diaz, Frank E. Faunce III, Thomas Faunce and his wife Faith. Great grandmother of Logan and Liana. Daughter of the late Joseph and Giovanna D'Amadio, she was the sister of the late Florence Goodman, Eva Cicone, Nicholas D'Amadio and Angelo D'Amadio. She was the aunt of Steven Goodman and his wife Donna, Mary Cicone , Paul Cicone and his wife Denise and Diane Schimitto and her husband Rick. She was the great aunt of Jonathan and Kyle Goodman. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
