Anne C. (Clements) Evangelista

Anne C. (Clements) Evangelista, 90, a resident of Brockton, died peacefully at All American Assisted Living in Wareham on Thursday, August 17, 2023.  She was the wife of the late James W. Evangelista.  Daughter of the late Bartholomew and Eleanor (Sweeney) Clements, she was born and raised in Boston.  Anne was a resident of Easton for 50 years before moving to Brockton 6 years ago.  She was a homemaker and an animal lover.

Anne is survived by her son, Thomas W. Evangelista and his fiancé Lisa Roy of New Bedford.  She was the mother of the late James V. Evangelista.  She was preceded in death by a brother and several sisters and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visiting Hours will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Tuesday, August 22 from 4-6 PM followed by Funeral Prayers at 6 PM.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Anne‘s memory may be made to the MSPCA-Angell, Attn: Donations, 350 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02130.
