Anna T. (Moretti) Imbergamo, 77, died Thursday, March 29 at the Brockton Hospital in Brockton after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Frank B. Imbergamo. Born in Boston, she was raised in the North End and attended Boston Schools. She was a resident of Hyde Park for over 25 years, previously living in Roslindale for over 20 years. For the past year, Mrs. Imbergamo was a resident of Hearthstone at Heights Crossing in Brockton. Prior to that, she was a resident of Queset on the Pond in Easton for 2 years. In her free time, she enjoyed music, singing and traveling to Foxwoods.
She is survived by her children, John F. Imbergamo and his wife Susan and Joanna Grossi and her husband Joseph all of Stoughton. She was the sister of Carmen Moretti of Revere, John Moretti of Hyde Park and the late Genarro Moretti, Fred Moretti, Anthony Moretti, Michael Moretti, Joseph Moretti and Elizabeth Gannetta. She was the beloved Nonnie of John Imbergamo Jr, Nikki Imbergamo, Bryan Imbergamo, Nicholas Grossi and Matthew Grossi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and members of the extended Imbergamo Family.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Monday, April 2 at 10 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 11 AM. Visiting Hours Sunday 2-6 PM. Donations in Anna's name may be made to Alzheimer's Assoc., 311 Arsenal St. Watertown, 02472. Burial will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery, Roslindale.
