Angelo Sellitto, 74, a resident of Stoughton, died at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Monday, December 9. He was the husband of Maria C. (Sementa) Sellitto. Born and raised in Pratola, Serra, Avellino, Italy, he moved to the U.S. in 1974 and settled in Roslindale until 1991. He resided in Stoughton since 1991.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Sellitto is survived by his children, Matteo Sellitto of West Roxbury, Ralph Sellitto and his wife Margaret, Luigi Sellitto and Tina Brown and her husband John all of Stoughton. He was the brother of Antonio Sellitto of Stoughton, Vittorio Sellitto of Italy, Assunta Alallia and Maria Urso both of England. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Friday, December 13 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Thursday from 5-8 PM. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton.
