Angelina McCann

Angelina C. (Beninati) McCann, 78, died Monday, August, 27 at her home in Northfield, NH after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Joseph F. McCann. Born in Brighton, she was raised and educated in Bridgewater and was a graduate of Bridgewater Schools. She was a resident of Brockton for over 15 years before moving to New Hampshire over 6 years ago. She worked as a Packer for Northeast Envelope in Braintree for over 10 years and previously worked for Plymouth Rubber in Canton for many years. She retired several years ago. In her free time, she enjoyed watching movies, talking politics, cooking and attending church.

She is survived by her son Joseph L. McCann, Jr. and his wife Kathleen of Northfield, NH and Marie McCann of MN. She was the grandmother of Christine Russell and the great-grandmother of Marc, Justin and Joshua. She was the sister of Joseph Beninati of Natick, Dominic Beninati of Mattapoisett, Anthony Beninati of FL and Katherine Gomes of E. Bridgewater. She was predeceased by her twin brother Albert Beninati and sister in law Shirley Abramson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and members of the Abramson family.

Funeral Service will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Saturday, September 1 at 10 AM. Visiting Hours prior to the services from 8:30-10 AM. Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Stoughton.
