Ambrose "Amby" Pedranti

Ambrose "Amby" Pedranti, a longtime resident of Brockton, age 75, passed away at Tufts Medical Center in Boston on November 25, 2024. He was the husband to Janice M. (Maciejewski) Pedranti for 41 loving years. Born in Dorchester, he was the son of the late Ambrose Pedranti and Mildred (Bere) Pedranti and was raised and educated in Roxbury. Working as a truck driver for C. Walsh moving company, he was a member of the Teamsters Local Union 25 dedicating his time for over 25 years before retiring. He enjoyed watching football, tending to his garden, spending time with his family, and was a proud supporter of Trump. He will be greatly missed.

In addition to his beloved wife Janice, Amby is survived by his children Michael Pedranti and his wife Meghan of Attleboro, Paul Pedranti and his wife Lisa of East Bridgewater, and Victor Pedranti and his longtime girlfriend Nicole Jorritsma of Middleboro. He was the “Nonno” to Charlotte, Nora, Dean, Evelyn and Luca Pedranti. He was the brother to Billy Pedranti and was preceded in death by Mary Ellen Pedranti, leaves behind by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park Street (Rt. 27), Stoughton, on Saturday December 7th from 10AM-12PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Amby's memory may be made to the Ambrose G. Pedranti Memorial Scholarship Fund at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital School of Nursing which 100% directly supports students pursuing a specialization in cardiology.
