Alice R. Vasconcelos

Alice R. (Ramos) Vasconcelos, 93, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died at home on Thursday, May 20. She was the wife of the late Jose Vitorino Vasconcelos. Born and raised in Flores, Azores, Portugal, she moved to Stoughton in 1973. Mrs. Vasconcelos was a homemaker. In her free time she enjoyed crocheting and word search puzzles.
Mrs. Vasconcelos is survived by her daughter, Maria F. Belo of Stoughton, as well as her grandson, Luis M. Belo and his wife Serenity R. of Quincy. She was the mother-in-law of the late Daniel M. Belo. She was the sister of the late Jose Ramos, Elvira DeSousa and Maria R. Belo. She is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Saturday, May 22 at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 9 AM. Visiting Hours Friday 5-8 PM. Burial will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Stoughton. Donations in Alice's name may be made to Old Colony Hospice, 1 Credit Union Way, Randolph, MA 02368.
