Adelaide H. Dominick

Adelaide H. (Delaney) Dominick, 75, died at the Blue Hills Alzheimer's Care Center in Stoughton on Monday, November 21 after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Theodore J. Dominick. Born in Boston, she was a graduate of Hyde Park High School. Mrs. Dominick was a resident of Stoughton for 56 years. She was a secretary at Hills Department Store in Canton for years. She was the Manager of Blue Hills Drive-In for over 30 years before retiring several years ago. Mrs. Dominick enjoyed playing Bingo at the Immaculate Conception Church in Stoughton, Knights of Columbus in Canton and Ahavath Torah in Stoughton. In her free time she enjoyed vacationing, playing Black Jack and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Dominick is survived by her children, Eileen C. Gaul of CA, John J. Dominick of Raynham and Theodore J. Dominick, Jr. of Stoughton, as well as her siblings, Charles L. Delaney of Stoughton, Sr. Catherine Loretto, SND of Brighton, Patricia L. Clay of E. Bridgewater, formerly of Hingham and Maureen J. Horgan of Brockton. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Eileen C. Delaney, Rita A. Amoroso and Bernard Delaney.

Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Monday at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 9 AM. Visiting Hours Sunday 2-6 PM. Interment will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.
